Our 30-day promise

If a book is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — no reason required. We only ask that it comes back in resellable condition: unmarked pages, undamaged cover, original packaging where applicable.

How to return

1. Send us your order number and the title you'd like to return through the contact form.
2. We will reply within one business day with a return authorization and the return address.
3. Ship the book back. Once it is received and inspected, we issue your refund.

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of receiving the return; the exact posting time depends on your bank. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, we cover everything.

Exceptions

• Digital goods and gift cards are non-refundable.
• Special-order titles may take slightly longer to process.
