Eatbook Family is curated by a small editorial team — people who cook at home and read a great many cookbooks.
The catalog covers the whole range: bread and pastry, preserving and fermentation, regional and home cooking, and cooking for particular diets. For each book we try to answer one question honestly — who is this for, and who should skip it.
We write our own descriptions and short editorial reviews from the publisher's information and each edition's facts, and the Kitchen Score is built from that review plus published reader ratings where a book has them. We are adding reviews to more of the catalog every week.
