1. Who we are
1.1. eatbookfamily.com (the "Site") is an online bookstore operated by SIA PLEPO, a company registered in Latvia, registration no. 40203710885 (the "Seller"). Books are sourced from and shipped by Ingram Content Group, the US book distributor, directly from its US warehouses; the Seller remains responsible for your order, its payment, returns and refunds.
1.2. Placing an order on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Seller sells books and related goods presented in the Site catalog, and the Buyer accepts and pays for them under these Terms.
2.2. Product images are illustrative; actual cover art and editions may occasionally vary by print run.
3. Ordering
3.1. Orders are placed through the cart on the Site.
3.2. After placing an order, the Buyer receives a confirmation by email. The agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.
3.3. If an item is unavailable, the Seller notifies the Buyer and offers a substitution or cancellation with a full refund of any prepayment.
4. Prices & payment
4.1. Prices on the Site are listed in USD. The Seller may change prices until an order is confirmed; confirmed orders are honored at the confirmed price.
4.2. Payment is made online by card through a secure payment processor. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
5. Shipping
5.1. Orders ship via USPS/UPS from our distribution partner's warehouses. Typical delivery time is 3–6 business days after dispatch.
5.2. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free for orders over $35.

6. Returns & refunds
6.1. The Buyer may return items in resellable condition within 30 days of delivery.
6.2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
6.3. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the payment is refunded in full.

7. Liability & other terms
7.1. The Site is provided "as is"; the Seller is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site.
7.2. Recipes and methods reflect their authors’ views. They are published for information: readers remain responsible for food safety, allergens and whether a recipe suits their diet or health.
7.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
