This cookbook is about the most delicious recipes you will ever prepare or eat in wild game. From moose to fish. Or what ever you like. Roasts, birds, fish, soups, you name it, its there. Tantilizing deer steaks to catfish, even some recipes for some you probably wouldn't think of eating. If it walks, flys, swims it's in here. There a couple of recipes in this book, that I really enjoyed preparing, like deer hearts cooking in a crockpot. Or stuffing catfish with crab meat. Even if you want to make rabbit stew, many different recipes to choose from. If you enjoy this book, wait till the next book comes out, even more for your taste buds.
